How to separate from my husband

19-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I want to apply for separation from my husband. We got married two years ago and now I have realized he is a much different person that I thought he was, I cant stay married to him any longer. I have nor registered my marriage legally though we married with the families consent in a traditional way. I don't want to do through the tedious divorce procedure, Can I just apply for legal separation instead. I only have a few terms (which does NOT include any alimony) for going through with this separation and I think my husband also needs this as it is pretty evident from his actions and behavior that he too thinks of this marriage as a burden and wants to live life on his terms. Whats the most stress free and economical way to deal with this?
