How to respond to Wife's false allegation Mentioned in 13-1 ia

07-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife left me and went to her parents house on oct 29,2021. Later she sent notice for mutual divorce wherein she demanded 2 crore rupees along with 30K per month for child maintenance (5 year girl). Also, she has mentioned that she won't be giving any child visitation. My wife is also working. I replied asking for negotiation on the amount mentioned. But now she has sent notice for petition under section 13-1 (ia) with so many fake allegations about dowry and domestic violence. What are the best options for me to proceed on this?

Sir,

First and foremost you’d have to issue a legal response to the notices issued to you refuting to all the allegations made therein.

In the response, you’d have to clearly depict your part of the issues and in counter what you are ready to offer.

Has she obtained custody of the child? In the absence of which, she can’t make such statements right across.
In so far as visitation rights are concerned, you are entitled to it, and a necessary application is to be made.

We can discuss these in more detail over a call.
