how to respond Divorce Summons in family court ?

20-Jan-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My husband has alleged false accusations on me & sent a court summon. He used to pressurize me to get money/jewellery/property from my father & then my mother in law asked me to cut all my ties from my parents since I refused to ask my parents for the things. My family is not supportive of divorce & wants me to reconcile. If I say in my 1st hearing that I do not want a divorce & if they don't agree, can I LATER on file a case of Dowry & mental cruelty on these grounds? Is this allowed?

dear client as per your query since you have received a court summon then divorce is of two types have signed on the mutual divorce papers or it is contested divorce in contested divorce only party agrees for divorce why later you want to file Dowry and mental cruelty you should file that moment only when you face it..

You need to file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights against your husband for staying with him leading a happy marital life again... moreover you need to contest the said divorce suit very tactfully so that the court does not allow divorce... moreover you can file a case of dowry and mental torture any time on those grounds but the faster you will take action... it will be better for you only.
