How to request for Divorce order copy in English?

My divorce case (MCD) is pending before a sub-court in Tamilnadu. I heard that divorce copy will be in Tamil language. Is it possible to request court staff to issue certified copy of divorce decree/order in English language. I need copy in English to submit as proof of change in Marital status (post divorce order) with my employer which is an MNC. Please let me know the procedure for the same

You can engage any local advocate online and ask him to get certified copy of the divorce decree. Court never give translated copies. You have to get translate through designated translator and produce the same before the employer. It may cost you depending upon profile of the advocate and you have to find out the translator online.
