How to represent in second motion

I am the husband. And we have filed for mutual consent divorce before 1 year of marriage. The first motion is completed. I dont want to divorce my wife now. We have also signed a MoU. How can I present myself in the court so the court can dismiss the divorce petition.

You have right to deny for the divorce first of all you have to read all the terms and condition of the mou and petition under section 13 b of hma according to the facts you have to see what is the best way to denial of divorce
