My husband sent me reunite notice through lawyer if i write a hand written reply is valid

Yes even sending a reply notice to a handwritten letter it's a Valid. But I suggest you to reply through an advocate. Since even your husband central legal notice through an advocate. As suggest you also to send a copy to the advocate and to your husband.

Dear Sir, Yes, Lawyer notice may be replied by you in person and thus intimate your husband and his advocate that you are not ready to agree for the terms mentioned in the legal notice. Further, you may say that there is threat to your life and limb if you rejoin your husband. Put your conditions of separate residence etc., in the said hand writing reply notice and send it by Registered Post to his advocate and your husband and retained copy with you.
