how to refuse to give interum mantiance to wife

in 2018 court had dicide to give 10000/rps a month to my wife but at this point i m not im a postion to fullfill this much amount so pease suggest me how to refuse to give this amount

Hello sir, if court has already decided the maintainance and now as you said you are not in the position to fullfill this monthly amount...ir the circumstances has changed thn you can move an application of section127 crpc to decrease the amount if it has been decided u/s 125crpc ...For further details do contact....
