How to reconcile with husband after filing 498A and maintenance case

I am Hindu by religion Mere husband ne pehle section 9 dala,phir NCR dala....uske baad Mene 498a,domestic,406,maintainance dala....par mein abhi bhi Jana chahti hu apne pati k paas aur rehna chahti hu..mujhe legal advice dijiye ki kaise mein jaldi se ja Saku kyu ki court case toe lambey chaltey hi
As you are saying that you want to bring an end to all the disputes between you and your husband and want to start living with him. If both the parties agree to the same, then you and your husband can enter into a compromise agreement and file the same before the court in each of the cases that have been filed by both of you thereby bringing an end to the litigation and can thus start living a normal life.

You can file a compromise application in any case before any court, and then on the basis of the compromise, get the cases quashed and you are free to go to your husband. Although, you can stay with your husband whenever you feel like, irrespective of the pendancy of the cases.
