How to quash my Son-in-law's Wife false complaint under 498a r/w 3&4

My son-in-law married 11/2015 at Piler. His wife filed a false case of 498(A) IPC r/w 3&4 IPC . She married with out divorce & registered the same. Now I want to be quashed the same. Advise me suitably.

Hi
If your daughter in law had married again without getting divorce from the first marriage, then you have good grounds for quashing the case in High court under section 482 of Cr.P.C
Only high court has powers to quash the case.

Sir you have to file quash petition in high court and it will take 5 days of time to get it quashed I have been working in high court since 10 years and one week back I have quashed one such petition you have to file it in high court
