How to proceed to the divorce with the wife who tortures husband

I have problem with my wife, she is not supportive, not respectful to the persons, always fights and torutures. I want to give divorce to my wife. She is working, do i need to give alimony/maitenance to her
hi if she is torturing you mentally and physically then you could file divorce on grounds of physical and mental cruelty and that there is no cohabition between both and if she is working and dont jave children you need not pay maintenance
