How to proceed in this case..need justice

Married since 3 months.out of 2.5months she worked in Hyderabad..2 days after marriage revealed she's not interested in physical intimacy at all which is not revealed before marriage

Out of 3 months of marriage 2.5 months she wasn't with you. Now she is not interested in physical intimacy. You have to give her enough space to open up. Talk to her, or approach counsellor instead of taking this big step. By the way, You are not eligible for Divorce. File for an annulment of marriage. Basically the cancellation of marriage . Give this as a last option. Judge may not be convinced too they may suggest you to give her enough space . But yes, if you have reasons then you can file for annulment immediately
