How to proceed for marriage separation, please advise.

wife wants sepration, marriage time 2 years, no kids, i m not in favour, but how to proceed on her legal notice?

Please deny the notice reply in toto and re conciliate in such a way that the matters comes to reunion.
Mutual Consent of divorce also required two years separation also. If she files separation case then appear before the court and inform that you are trying to reunion.

He will be give a reply of your wife notice and then still you want to live with your wife then you can file a case for restitution of conjugal rites of marriage.

You have to oppose the notice sent by your wife to you categorically that why you don't want to give her divorce and and proofs you should to prove that you have been a good husbandry ,you can also avail one other legal remedy for your favour which can be discussed further in personal meeting

Please send the legal notice of the wife so after study we can plan our reply without knowing the contes of it difficult to reply.but you can ask her to stay with you if she is not working .Please be specific on which ground she is asking sepration
