How to inquire about old case?

Hi I am contesting divorce case filed by my husband. My husband had already married earlier which was not informed to me this i felt cheated. Now I want to inquire about the mutual divorce of my husband from his first wife ...i only know the year and title of the case mutual divorce.in tis Hazari court. How can I get the information without knowing the case number and judge. Please help as my husband refusing that he was married earlier. He took divorce mutually that is confirmed. Please help

If your husband is divorced by mutual consent from his first wife then you can always file an application and apply for the certified copy of the same. Since it's been a long time then the file will be kept in the record room. And for that you need to know the goswara number. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

you have to tell approx time your husband takes divorce and on that basis we will serch through court records... and if case is not so much old than you can get information through online also and if it's old than through old records don't worry we will help you..

It’s difficult to search matrimonial cases online until u have the case number or any order of the court bcoz such cases don’t have any name to search ! You need to put efforts to search any document in this regard Thanks
