How to initiate divorce proceedings on grounds of cruelty

i got marrige 3 years ago.when i was in 10th stander.my father filed a case on my husband and his family. but i support to my husband and he won the the case but after that he and his start trabling me now the switation is get worst . i do have a baby girl now. m fanicaly week how i can file a case agaist my hasband and his family m not have my own family support.and not have any degree also so i can do job and live sparted from my huband.plz advise me
Firstly your should file a case under Domestic Violence Act and also under 498A, then during the mediation you should ask for an amount which would be sufficient for your survival. After getting this amount you shall proceed with the divorce proceding

You may file a case against him for domestic violence. For more legal advice or proceedings you may contact to me .if necessary we may file a case against your husband for mental harassment. You may also get maintenance from your husband by court orders
