When did you get married, are you still residing with him has to be clarified from your side. You can seek divorce under the ground of cruelty as you have stated he is torturing you. Contact any advocate and send legal notice first later you can file divorce before family court. If you go for mutual consent divorce means it is more peaceful and you can get divorce also quickly compare to other form of divorce.

If you are facing torture, cruelty, why you kept quiet for so long . Please report the matter to police station, police officer, never hesitate to file a complaint. And you can file a divorce case with cruelty ground.
