How to Get the relif from DVC 2005 and MC

My wife without intimation left house and filed 498a in 2022 feb. From onwards she live with her parents. Recently 2024 July, she again file Domestic voilence 2095 under the trail of 498a in court. Here 498a and DVC bothe complaints are aane. Is it valid of DV

hi you could file quash petition against 498A on the ground that it is filed with all false allegations and also could seek exempt from appearance in the court and that she had filed the present case without any valid allegations
