How to get separate from my husband but I want my kids ...


30-Jan-2026 (In Divorce Law)
I got married in 2014...and I hav two kids now...but my in laws and husband used to do lots of mental harrasment and my husband does domestic violence also ...and 2023 my husband sent me a legal notice with false allegations,and within one week he only called me back and took his home...but again same thing he repeated cruelity,again in 2024,I went to my father home to save my life with my kids but again he took me back to his home telling he ll change and ll take care of me he said but it's not

It appears from your post here that you have made up your mind to separate from him legally. you can not only get the separation from but also get better than for yourself and your children while retaining their costudy with you. you can contact our office.

Hi madam , in your case you can file domestic Violence case against your husband for mental as well physical cruelty. In this matter you file divorce case under cruelty. You can file written complaint to local police station regarding domestic violence.

directly file the domestic violence complaint to the court. and ask for divorce, your kids are below 18 years so your kids will be with you, no need to worry about it. if you wish you can contact me I can guide you relating to it.
