How to get my money from my husband

Hi there, I have taken loan on my name and gave the money to my husband via netbanking. Still my husband kept on harrasing me for more money. He also abusing me physically. Few advocates in our location said since it's family problem not possible to file 420 or 406 or 498(a) against my husband and I should file only for Divorce and maintainace. But i gave him huge amount that is 20 lakhs by taking loan and i have to repay to bank, will i get whole amount through maintaince in single settlement?

hi you could file 498A case against your husband for harassement and also domestic violence case if there is harassement and could obtain compensation from the court and could seek maintenance also from him
