Hello sir, maintenance ka case chal rha jisme interim Maintenance ban gai hai. But mea husband mujhe divorce dena chahta hai....but sir mere sare samaan gehne, furniture sabhi mere sasural walo ke paas hi hai or wo dene se mana kr rhe.....please mujhe bataiye sir mai apne sare Samaan kese wapas le sakti hu... please suggest me sir.... mai bahut pareshan hu....

Aap apna saman vapis le sakti hai police me complaint karke ,406 IPC Criminal breach of trust ka fir darz karwa me ka vikalp hai aap kepas . Agar uske bad bhi kuch nahi dete hai to aap complaint case court me file karsakati hai .Mujhse bhi koi help chahiye ho to bat karsakati hai.
