How to get husband's gold from wife's family after divorce

Hello Sir/Madam,
Due to a false complaint by my wife and ill treatment by her family, I failed divorce and it's in progress. During the last 4 years I saved some gold (15 sovereign) and it was kept in her father's bank locker. Please advice how can I get my gold back from them? Can I also get "Mangalyam" which is 7 sovereign that I put during wedding. Also her father gave me only one bracelet and ring (3 sovereign) but she took it back with her already.
In this case, I would like to know you people have any proceedings pending or not and further you can file a petition seeking return of articles. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.

It's a difficult scenario and there is a good possibility that they may claim those jewels as theirs. Unless you have receipts for the purchase of those jewels it will be hard to get it back. Otherwise you can also settle all these things during the course of divorce proceedings.

you have to mention in divorce petition itself. ok no problem after enquiry you may file interim petition and may ask your valuables. that petition will be decided after enquiry of both and order may be passed
