How to get divorce without having any problem in job and career

dear sir, I was forcefully got married in 2004 by our parents when I was in class 10.She is uneducated and I don't like her since marriage.I try a lot to end this marriage but fails due to our parents interference.Her parents ensured me to get married of your choice by giving me some example that some have 2 or 3 wives aswell.But now when I put my proposal of second marraige, they completely threatend to put me in jail on charge of dowry and will cause problem in my govt job.I was comlpetely cheated by our parents and her parents aswell. what should I do for getting second married.
As per ur personal issue relating to matrimonial life is serious one .As u have been assured by urs both parents .The solution to the issue is legal seperation in family court .U have to gile petition in the court for it.

You at the time of marriage, had not completed the required age so your marriage is voidable and u may present the petition for nullity of marriage on the ground of fraud. The second marriage is not a valid marriage so at first u have to end the first marriage.

As per the above query I would like to inform you that as per the Hindu Law you can't marriage twice without permission of first wife because in India double marriage is punishable under bigamy. You should split your life from her wife with a apparent reason before the Court. If you file divorce case then your wife have option to file cruelty and dowry case against you and your family.
