How to get divorce in ex partie case ?

How to take divorce from non attending court hearing. That’s why judge made this case ex partie. Now I am the suffer. I am keeping unwell with two major diseases as of now. I am hand to mouth condition. My husband never has taken care of me. First he used to listen and apply her rule on but now his younger brother does the same. He tried to rape me as well. But got failed bcz I slapped him and his mom came suddenly.what should I do ?
