how to get Divorce and how much Maintenance to be provided to wife

Hello Sir/ Mam, nI belong to a Muslim community. I got married in the year 2015 and have a 3 year old son. I am not staying with my since last 1.5 years. I was not happy with her but due to family pressure and responsibilities I always adjusted and also planned for a baby thinking her behavior will change but it never did. I want to separate myself from her but now she and her family is emotionally trying to brain wash my head, but I am very sure that I can't live with her . Also, I am not denying from the kids responsibility. nWould you suggest what's the best way to get a divorce and will she be allowed to ask maintenance from me and if yes to what extent will the law ask me to pay maintenance.She is doctor by profession and has good financial supportI have a normal marketing job earning will minimal for my survivalAppreciate your quick answer.
