How to get child visitation rights

I am hindu father. my wife want to claim one time alimoney or maintainace settlement without access or visitation rights of child(8 years). she is not allowing me to meet with my son as of now. she is taking all possible things to do this through lawyer. she is also not demanding me School fees but saying through lawyer that you are irresponsible father. kindly advice
you have a full rights to meet your child. in fact now a days court will consider a parental plan before putting any papers regarding any family dispute between husband and wife. for further quires you may come with papers. it will be easier to advise further.

You can file for an access application. No one can stop you from meeting your child. The court will grant you access for the child.
