How to get alimony in expartie case where husband did not come cone purposely ? What if he had sold his house also ? He lied about his work status as well. I mean fake/wrong information given by him about his wife and her family about his work . Is it girl duty to do dasti ? What if girl already got threatening from her husband to kill you otherwise return all the cases ? Being a victim do i have a right to talk to judge directly and make him aware about my current situation ? how much money required for such type of cases ?

If your husband or so called ex-husband is bankrupt then you can do anything ! Hope you got the answer again ! However, whenever u come across any of his movable or immovable properties you can file the case or for execution ! Thanks all the best
