How to get alimony from husband

Sir I have married a orthopedically handicapped person (govt emloyee) on 29-4-2015 because of my parents force , at the time of marriage i was minor. after 1 year on june 2016 i left from my husband and staying with my parents. as i dont want to stay with my husband because of his disability. In march 2017 my husband has filed case on conjuctional rights and asking me to come to matrimonial life. i have not responded/attended for that court case. in july 207 he has filed a divorce case, even i have not attended for this case also. i come to know that, he got one side divorce decree based on exparte as i have not attended the case and he got married another woman. my question is :
at the time of marriage i was minor weather it is legal marriage as per hindu marriage Act. if it is so can i file a suite against my husband to get maintenance or alimony as he is a govt employee. sir please suggest me what i can do get maintenance from mu husband
if ur interested to join ur husband u can join or else u can file maintaince case where u will get maintenance baseing ur husband income u will get maintaince as his income will be calculated u can get expenses also
