How to get a FIR report from police

Hi, I live in USA. My wife and I have misunderstanding so I live her and my son back in India my wife file a FIR(abuse)on me along with my family (mom,dad, brother and sister. With the help of report(it also published in newspaper) to get USA passport for my kid. How do I get FIR report from the police station.
hi you could obtain the FIR copy from court through advocte and after going through contents of it then you could file quash petition to quash tje FIR and you could also apply passport for kid as it wont be nuch that problem
