How to finalize divorce proceedings

if the seocnd party of divorce do not appear in the court at the hearing to not to finalised the divorce for continue to one year. what can i do to finalise the divorce as soon as possible.
See Indian courts are too late in deciding cases, so if opposite party is not appearing in court then move an application for exparte proceeding and if the court still kept silent then you can move a writ in High Court for early disposal of case, that will certainly help u

Suit of divorce filed before one year and the second party is not appear in court then u give an application in court and prayer in that application, decide ur case as ex party and degree of divorce. If court agree on ur application then ur divorce must be done.
