How to file transfer DVC case from one state 2 another ?

Dear team,nHow to transfer a case when wife file cases in two states?n498 a is in AP, DVC is in TS. I would like to apply petition to transfer TS case to ap. nIs there a way or grounds to request apply to transfer.Please assist me.

hi you need to file transfer petition in supreme court to seek transfer of the case from one state to another on the ground that you are resident of A.P and that she also resides in the same state or you could file dispense petition in telangana
