How to file seperation when husband absconded?

08-Jul-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My husband has been absconding since last two years, leaving huge debts (not bank related) from various friends and working partners. My children a daughter (24) and a son (20), are totally helpless, as the creditors are claiming for money. There is no such inheritance in the name of any of us. We have been meeting ends through odd jobs along with the education of my children. Now, how to stop the creditors from approaching me? Is there any specific court order I can provide to stop them?

You can simply file for a divorce suit on the ground of desertion before the Jurisdictional Court and get a decree of divorce this severing all ties with your husband. This can be helpful for starters.
