How can i get divorce with my wife blaming me.relationship with other lady after marrige 1 month she dosnot live with me last 2 year
You can file divorce on two grounds one is on the ground of blame of illicit relation with other women this comes under the category of cruelty and another ground is desertion as she is residing separately from you since last two years.

My dear friend, first thing is that you have to talk with your wife and with your in-laws that why she is saying like this, if any problem is exist obviously that has to be resolve. but despite all efforts nothing is left. then you can file a divorce petition to the family court on the ground as you stated.
