How to file for divorce due to mental harassment by mother in law?

my mother in law is harresing me mentaly i m in dipression..he is continuously asking for dowry indirectly and my husband is supporting her..i want to get seprated n file a divorce i am still in there home what will b the procedure
Hi,immediately leave your mother in law's house and file a case with written all your problems which have been created by your husbands family.if husband is supporting you then you can live seperatly to save your marriage life.if he is not with you then leave them and file a divorce or other cases .for more information contact me.thnx
