how to file for a divorce buddhist by religion

I am boudhist in religion . I am married since 1year. my wife wants me to stay away my parents. even her parents periodically tries to tell me the same by showing me my parents are bad. now a days to much clashes happening between me and her. Now she touchering my parents by fighting with them, please suggest me best way. I want divorce from her. Please suggest me procedure handle this.
You will have to file for Divorce under Hindu Marriage Act , if she is also agreeable to divorce then the procedure is simpler but in the event she is not agreeable to divorce you will have to file one sided divorce. Have an indepth discussion with an advocate.

your marriage period is only of one year,this period is very short for understanding both family ,in 90 % family these matters takes place,I first congratulate you in such condition you are with your parents,try to convey the fact that your parents can ask for maintenance as per section 125
and that will be directly deducted from your payments,I think this will be the good idea to deter her at this stage,
