How to file dv case on husband and in-laws for abusing me mentally and physically? How much take this time? How will I get my streedhan back? And when I will get maintenance and other rights? I don't want divorce and I m living with my parent. May I go directly to husband's house? If he denies what should I do?

Yes you can go to husband's place. if he denies you entry, file a police complaint. Report the incidence to woman's cell. protection officers el guide you further. DV case may be a standard procedure, but maintenance claim can be made immediately. for stridhan give details to protection officer and police

Dear Queriest if you want to file Domestic violence you can visit your nearest police station and make a complaint against your husband and in laws under domestic domestic violence act and yes you can go directly to your husband's house
