How to file divorce if married by force of filing false 376 IPC

Dear sir, I have married to a girl forcefully due to she fake trapped me under IPC 376, which I never promised her but i had to marry her, we are living separately from 1 year, after marriage she never came into my house, now I want to divorce or announce zero to that marriage, Kindly suggest me what to do?
First this time u haven't any evidence that she trapped u is false rape case if u have than u have to be prove bat there is no meaning because u got marriage with her . now she is not leaving with u since one year .now if u are hindu u file application under section 9 of Hindu marriage act at family court .(wiwahe punarsthapna ) if she not came and not live with u than u file section 13 application before family court.
