Meri shadi nov2017 me hui thi. Hindu law k acc. Meri ek saal ki beti h. kehne ko meri love marriage thi but mere husband k sath me ab ek pal bi nahi reh sakti.unhe sirf khud se matlab h na mujhse koi matlab h na meri beti se. Unhone mujhse hmesha se jhuth bola k drink nahi karte smoke nahi karte. But shadi k next day se mujhe surprise milte rahe kbhi tobacco raat raat bhar ghar na ana ae din drink karna . Kuch kaho to bolte h k apne paiso ki pee ra hu tujhe ku problem h. shadi confirm hone se pehle bi kai bar pucha tha mne k drink vgrh to ni krte n hmesha jhuth bola k nahi karte. Mujhe nafrat h is sab se or meri life ab isi k beech reh gai h. Please meri help kijiye me kya karu kaha jau itni chhoti bachi ko le kr. Mere pas kisi tarah ka koi support nahi h na financial na familiar. Me free me divorce kse le sakti hu. Bcz mere pas bilkul bi paise nahi h. Or apni beti ko le kr kaha ja skti hu. Plz help. Hm yaha rent par rehte h.
Hello you can file divorce petition in family court and also maintaince petition for you and your baby. you can file both petitions in family court. after some time you will get maintaince from your husband for you and your baby.
