HOW TO FILE CHILD CUSTODY PETETION

After 3.11 years of married life my wife died by committing suicide. six months back this incident was happened. I have 2 daughters of age 3 years and 1 years. My in-laws lodged a false 498-A, 304B case on me and my mother. The case is going on in court. I am a bank employee. My in-laws taken away my children and they are not giving my children back and not allowing me to visit the children. How can I get back my children from them. My religion is HinduPlease advise in this matter.

hi you could file custody petition in concerned court as you are the natural gaurdian and you have every right to take care of child and could file petition for visitation rights and also could file quash petition against 498A case
