Can you please help me to what I should tell the police station after report is recieved from the women counselling

if reconciliation fails FIR can be filed against boy and family members for dowry harassment under section 498A read with section 2, 3 of dowry Prohibition act  police station can inform commission that counselling has failed and FIR has been filed

Dear Sir, If report is not in your favour. You may submit the facts before the Police Station and request them to close the case as you seems to be husband in this case. Thereafter, Police may file B Report or atleast avoid making your parents etc as Accused in the charge sheet.
