Under wht conditions date of second motion of divorce cn b extended..I n my husband hz entered into mutual divorce.first motion z signed.on second motion next week i knw he z going to ask fr visitation rights fr kids wch i dnt wana gv as it z written in first motion dt he wilnt claim custody but nw he wants visiting hrs permission in written in decree of divorce ..cn i request judge to extend da date fr some days so dt we cn settle dt thing..
yes, you can request to the court to extend the date , even you may move application for adjournment, need not to worry, your lawyer can move application. your lawyer may move application on your behalf

Yeah sure as its d discreation power of the court. Usually if you tell the thing to the judge he will gv u time nd he will also made efforts to understand to both of you. Judge can give u 6 month more

Dear as per the visiting rights are concerned, any parent can ask for that ,it is his legal right to claim, secondly you can extend the date of your second motion by making a request to the judge, there is no issue in that..

I here want clear about your quiry, that decree of divorce under section 13B Hindu Marriage Act 1955 will be passed on the conditions already amicable settled between parties, it mean no new conditions will not be press at the time of second statement. If your husband will claim visitation rights then he will file application, then you can file reply of the application on the next date and your case automatically adjourne by the court.
....2ndly if no condition about visitation rights then it will be settle by saprate petition .....
