How to evict my wife from our home because of her cruel nature

We have a property in Delhi and we got the rights of that property through settlement dead. I am having lot of issues in my family because of my wife. I want to evict my wife from our home as I am not staying in Delhi I am doing job in Bangalore and staying there only but my wife is works in Delhi state government therefore we are not living together and meet hardly 4-5 times in a year

file a divorce petition under hindu marriage act. there are more remedies available to you under section 24 of aforesaid act. if its your property but if its her matrimonial house then you can only evict her after getting divorce

Yes it can certainly be done but depends upon the situation as if the house is on the name of your parents then in 2-3 months time it can be done by sending a notice and filing complaint in SDM office
