How to ensure Mutual Divorce gets completed in 18 months

We filed MCD in November, 2015 after 6 months the Judge was transferred and there was no judge in the court for 4 months. From last 2 dates my ex wife is not coming to court now the next date is 10th April, 2017. Can I request the judge to make it earlier ? Is there any decision or law related to this as in April its already 18th month and I already had paid all the alimony amount so there is nothing left so why should i wait till that time.
You should not have paid the amount and now if your wife is not coming you cannot compel her to come court and so you have to file a fresh case under sec 13 Hindu marriage act and ask the court for divorce.

Once the date fix for April so you should only request for early hearing on the same day so you have to wait till April but in April you can definitely give application for early hearing S you already given all the alimony

Yes you may apply for early hearing of your case solely on the same ground. But mind until unless you file second motion and after that judgement is passed she is your wife. As you have paid all ailmony in advance so get it done at earliest
