How to divorce my wife within 1 year of marriage ?

Hello, I got married on 30 Nov 2017 under the family pressure. A month before marriage I met the girl to not continue as I cannot do this marriage, a week before the marriage I again talked to her and confessed that I love someone else and cannot do this marriage. Then her family came to my place abused me and my family and threatened that I have to anyhow do this marriage else it will not be good. But I cannot continue with it. Please advise how can I get rid of this marriage asap and marry the love of my life.
It will be done after proving and convincing the court that since the inception of the marriage, you have started living separately and do not wish to stay together or continue with the marriage anymore.

As you informed that you have marriage a girl under family pressure and your concent was obtained by threat and undue influence. You can go for declaring your marriage as void. You can file a case to declare your marriage as void ab initio.
