How to delay the Divorce case as my wife filed false criminal cases

Hello Sir,n1. first i have filed a divorce case in Andhra and My spouse has filed a divorce a month later in Bangalore. she reached to SC to transfer my divorce case to bangalore and now it is transferred and i got the number. she has filed all the criminal section against me and my family after separation of 1.5 years. Now, i donot want to give divorce until they back the false criminal cases. i need advise, how to extend my divorce. everyone saying that i will get the divorce as both parties are looking for divorce. i will withdraw my case and i can prove the cruelty with the divorce case she has filed in bangalore. what is the best way to delay the divorce here.

Dear Sir, First approach High Court for quashing a criminal case and if charge sheet is filed then file discharge application.  Secondly, since the grounds mentioned in both the divorce petitions are contrary to each other and both the cases may be clubbed together and both of you will be asked by the Court to establish your own allegations. Interim applications may be filed then approach High Court to delay the Divorce proceedings. More suggestions in person.
