Divorced wife ex professor from college pensioner, divorced since 2016 who was residing in self acquired husband 's flat in Mumbai as a Single Lady aged 74. Both the sons drawing handsome salaries from Foreign shipping, married and staying separately. The flat is going for Redevelopment. Now she doesn't want to vacte the flat and filed a suit against 78 years husband who is having diabetes/BP and heart ailments etc. u/s 25 asking for Alimony and Maintenance. She had refused to stay with husband.
