25-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Me and my wife filed a mutual divorce case under 13B , i signed & she signed on 1st hearing, on second hearing she took 3 lakh rupees through bank transfer on the name of maintenance and accepted in front of judge(in written) and signed the divorce papers in march, now she & her parents are asking for more money and threatening if i will not do as per their wishes they will appeal in High court against the Divorce as 3 Month time is not yet completed (3 months after divorce for appealing in higher court against it), She states that she will say in High court that my mental condition was not fit during the divorce procedure & i was addicted to sleeping pills ! plus I will establish before the court that the consent was taken by fraud.. what should i do now? Is 3 months is mandatory after divorce even in 13B?, will court consider her false statements? is their any way i can stop her & her money......Documents Am having Divorce order Decree Bank Statement showing fund transfer in her A/c

Generally when divorce has been obtained by mutual consent then no appeal can be made against it.
You should gathered evidence of her asking money and blavkmailing u and then give complaint in police or court.
