How to deal with breach of trust

Dear Sir My marriage was arranged in 2015. On the trust of father Big brother it was done on the trust they had on each other from ancestors time however after few days it was revealed that girl to whom i was married is not able to adjust in our culture despite of full support from our family. Also her abrupt behaviour like saying abnormal things like I will jump from the terrace & cut my hand & improper way of talking n behaving in front of my mom sister & my guest the same was communicated to girls family.. they come & took her back for few months with the assurance that they will make her teach the discipline & regulation how to behave after marriage most imp girls father small brother cheated us by giving fake bio data that girl is educated. this was revealed when she started showing her vague behavior after marriage I need to file divorce case also pre information to court that bride family might try to trap us in domestic violence case. pls suggest & help me

You can file for divorce on the ground of crulity which is one of the grounds mentined Hindu marriage Act. If you are feeling any kind of insecurity from bride side, then you can get an informatory petition filed.

You have to first file an information petition before the chief judicial magistrate and thereafter file a divorce petition before family court under section13 of the hindu matraige act giving detail all cruelty by the girl and also for suprees the truth.here limitation apply.

First of all you file sanha before the concerned police station stating that she is giving threatening to commit suicide and indulge you and you family in false case thereafter you proceed for filing of divorce case. Inspite thereof she may lodged a case against you but not to worry, you will face this before your divorce case

You can file information petition, for your safeguard from counter case 498 A may be lodged by girl side.
You can also file divorce case,in your concerned family court, the behaviour of the girl is not good and hided some facts about girl, you have good ground to file divorce case.

Yes, you give a prior information to the local police station or chief judicial magistrate that you filling a divorce case on ground of not being mentally fit and misrepresentation, and prior to that the family members of the girl can file a case against us. This will do, and help your case atmost.
