How to deal with allegation framed by wife for adultery

I have been married since 2.5 years. Nothing is working out b/t us. She doesnt respect me and my parents, treats our home as a lodge. In this 2.5 years, we almost had 5 to 6 fights, she left our home, return back after 10 to 30 days. Recently 45 days back we had a fight n she left our home. His brother has threatened me. So we give a written complain near our police station. Now a girl in my office likes me, proposed me 1 mnth bck, evn i wntd 2 try it. V both cmunicate each othr in phone, SMS n whatsap. Nw my wife came 2 know our relation. She imdtly went 2 PS and submitted a complain mentioning hsbnd, inlaws hrasmnt, illegal affair, but stil she wants 2 b vth me. Cops sent us 2 counselling, the counseler told me tat he will retrieve my girls call n sms details n put me in jail. 1) vl counseller retrieve my girls call n sms details? Can she file case on adultary? 2)I dnt want my girl 2 gt troubled in this case 3)I dnt wnt 2 stay vth my wife. I hv 2nd counseling nxt week, hw 2 respond
