How to complain in CAW cell,after divorce filed by husband

After 14 years of marriage husband and in-laws want to get rid of me making false allegation of character.Unable to bear harassment, I am living doing govt job with parents.They filed divorce case on separation and cruelty.I have waited for him to change,but it is turning useless.Even after filing divorce case by husband,is there chance for lady to give complain in CAW cell,what else can be done for harassment done, before giving divorce?

Dear Madam, It is very difficult for the husband to get divorce on any ground like separation or cruelty unless the wife gives consent. If you want peace in life you may go for mutual divorce with alimony for loss of marital life. You may file 498A case and other criminal cases against your husband and his family members. Just go and prolong the matter and he will come to terms.

I have not understood what you meant by CAW cell. if matter has gone to judiciary any other cell has no roll to play. you can see the compensation for the violence or harassment provided you have the proof of such harassment given by husband and his family.
