How to claim alimony-child maintenance after divorce under Muslim Law?

I want alimony & child maintenance & custudy.. My husband remarried again have 4 children's from his first wife but she passed away..this is the third time he remarried after divorcing me according to Islam law..send me divorce papers but I did not sign it as I did not accepted the divorce I'm muslim.
For maintainance and custody you can file proceeding under section 125 of crpc for maintenance and as for as the marriage is concerned you can initiate proceeding on the ground of bygamy. The maintainace is right of a women no matter whatever religion she follows and the husband is duty bound to maintain his wife and children financially and socially
