How to change name, middle name & Surname of my kid who is 5 year old

My divorce petition is already filed in September21 , and before that Domestic Violence case was put in 2016. No progress as such in both the cases. I am a mother of 5 year old kid
Meanwhile how can i change my kids name, middle name and surname.
I just have a document which is a Birth Certificate. The name, middle name and surname on Birth certificate I wont be using hence I want to change it.
Please can you advice how i can do it. We belong to Hindu religion
Hello, you need to do offical government public gazette of your name and your kids name. for the same purpose, you need fill up name change form by paying government fees and PDF file will be uploaded on website of name change which you need to trave and download in which your name is updated. Later, you can also give paper notice of name change in local newspaper.
